The Current Public Procurement Has Specific Positions As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Delivery And Installation Of 2,374 Led Street Lights Of Different Power And 3 Autonomous Led (Res) Lighting Fixtures 20W And Dismantling Of Existing Lighting Fixtures; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of New Measuring And Control Equipment - 27 Pcs. Dashboards; Separate Position No. 3: Purchase And Implementation Of A System For Automation And Management Of The System For Outdoor Artificial Lighting - 1 Pc.. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers Construction Activities For The Supply And Installation Of Equipment For Outdoor Artificial Lighting, Incl. And Dismantling Of Existing, Delivery And Installation Of A System For Management And/Or Monitoring Of Energy Consumption, Incl. Dismantling/Upgrading/Extension Of Existing And Accompanying Construction And Assembly Works. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Construction, Installation And Repair Activities, Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Of The Object Must Be In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, With The Approved Projects And The Detailed Bill Of Quantities To Them, The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority And The Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Intended For Investment.
