Skien Municipality Would Like To Invite Tenderers To Prequalification For A Competition For A Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of A New Operational Control System For Water And Sewage, Replacement Of Some Automation Systems In Water And Sewage Installations, And A Maintenance Contract For The Delivered Operational Control System And Automation System (Sub-Tender 1). In Addition A Maintenance Contract Shall Also Be Signed For Non-Upgraded Water And Sewage Installations (Sub-Tender 2). The Prequalification Application Can Apply For Tenders For Sub-Tender 1, Sub-Tender 2 Or Both Lots. Skien Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer (Sub-Tender 1). The Framework Agreement Period Is 4 Years, With An Option For 2+2 Years, I.E. A Maximum Of 8 Years. The Expected Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Nok 17 Million. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Nok 22 Million. Skien Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Maintenance Contract For Non-Upgraded Automation Installations With One Tenderer (Sub-Tender 2). The Maintenance Contract Will Be Valid For 4 Years, With An Option For 2+2 Years, I.E. A Maximum Of 8 Years.
