Ministry Of Children And Education, Board Of Education And Quality, Office For Samples, Exams And Tests Offers The Task Of Printing, Storage, Packaging And Distribution Of Sample Material Within The Area Of The Ministry Of Children And Education. It Includes The Following Areas Of Education: Primary School Upper Secondary Education General Adult Education The Offered Task Consists Of: 1. Printing Sample Material On Paper Based On Material On Electronic Files 2. Storage And Packaging Of The Sample Material To Be Distributed To The Individual Educational Institutions 3. Receipt Of Orders For Concrete Sample Material From The Individual Educational Institutions 4. Distribution Of The Ordered Test Material For The Individual Educational Institutions One Of The Principles When Holding Of Centrally Administered Written Tests In The Area Of The Ministry Of Children And Education Is That No One Knows The Content Of The Tests Before The Test Is Released On The Day Of The Test. It Is Therefore Of Crucial Importance That The Sample Material Is Kept Secret Throughout The Production Process. The Supplier Must Ensure Confidentiality During The Entire Process From Receiving Files For The Delivery Of Sample Material To Schools And Educational Institutions, And Ensure That The Content Of The Test Material Then Remains Confidential Until The Test Day. The Expected Value Of The Framework Agreement For 4 Years Is Dkk 13,000,000, Excl. Vat, And The Maximum Value For The Framework Agreement Is Set At Dkk 15,000,000, Excl. Vat. The Difference Between The Expected And Maximum Value Is Justified By The Uncertainty Inherent In The Income Prices And The Extent Of The Sample Material That Is Needed For The Duration Of The Agreement.
