Tenders are invited for Conduct a Comprehensive Assessment of Liberias Cybersecurity Readiness and Resilience The Liberia Digital Transformation Programmatic ASA is a robust; two-year program designed to facilitate the digital transformation in Liberia. 1. It seeks to engage in a series of policy dialogue and analytical activities structured around three interrelated pillars; all geared towards bolstering Liberias digital transformation agenda: Pillar 1: Overall Digital Policy; Digital Governance; and CoordinationPillar 2: Building Key Digital Foundations for a Sustainable; Resilient; and Inclusive Development.Pillar 3: Mainstreaming Digital Use Across Sectors.1. The objective of the activity is to support the establishment of solid Cybersecurity foundations in Liberia through the following activities: 1. Baseline Cybersecurity Assessment: Establish a clear understanding of the current cybersecurity landscape and cyber risks in Liberia. 2. Development of a National Cybersecurity Strategy Draft: Draft a comprehensive and actionable National Cybersecurity Strategy that provides a clear vision and a plan to strengthening cybersecurity in Liberia. 3.
