The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Dismantling After The Season Of A 20M X 40M Ice Rink For The 2023/2024 Season On Plot No. 3/27 In Brwinów At Ul. The Journey Includes: 1) Delivery And Installation Of A Complete, Modular Cooling System For The Ice Rink Surface, 2) Delivery And Installation Of: A) Self-Freezing Fences, B) Surrounding The Ice Rink With Two Entry/Exit Gates And An Entrance Gate Enabling Roller Entry C) The Construction Of The Fences Must Be Made Of Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel, And The Filling Is Made Of Pehd Boards With A Thickness Of Min. 8 Mm In White; The Boards Must Be Equipped With A Lower Trench Strip Made Of Pehd, The Radius In The Corners Of The Board Is Max. 4.50 M3) Delivery And Assembly, Including Connection To The Electrical Network At Your Own Expense, Of The Lighting Of The Ice Rink Surface Consisting Of Four Removable Poles, 8 Floodlights Of Min. 250 W, 4) Delivery, Foundation And Installation, Together With Connection To The Electrical Network, Of A Compact Refrigeration Unit With Cooling Capacity Adapted To The Surface Of The Ice Rink, Based On Cooling Piping Made Of Aluminum Pipes Ensuring No Ripples, Equipped With Automatic Control Allowing For Completely Maintenance-Free Operation At Ambient Temperatures Up To +10Oc, Wind Speed Up To 2 M/S, Scattered Radiation. The Unit Is Intended For Outdoor Installation (So-Called Kompakt Version). The Unit Must Be Equipped With A Microprocessor Control Module Enabling The Display Of Glycol And Refrigerant Temperature, Refrigerant Pressure, And An Evaporator Frost Protection Activation/Deactivation System. The Unit Panel Must Be Resistant To Weather Conditions And Must Be Equipped With Inspection Access. The Device Should Be Equipped With A Snow Tank And A System For Transporting Cut Ice. The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of This Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Service The Ice Rink During Its Use. Ice Rink Maintenance At Least Twice A Day 7:00-8:00 And 14:00-15:00 And, If Necessary (Hours Of Technical Breaks To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party),16) Free Access To The Ice Rink To Residents On All Days Of The Week, From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. And From 15:00 To 21:00, 17) Provision Of Sharpening Services For Skates Owned By People Using The Rink, The Cost Of Which May Not Exceed Pln 6. 18) The Amounts Obtained From The Skate Rental And Sharpening Service (Points 9, 15) Constitute The Contractors Income, 19) Providing A Lighted Place For Changing Users Shoes To Skates (Metal Or Wooden Shelter, Dimensions 3 M X 6 M With Solid Walls On Three Sides + Benches + Hanger). The Contractor Is Responsible For The Stored Items,20) Employing At Least 3 Qualified Employees To Handle The Operation Of The Ice Rink And Its Infrastructure,21) Organizing 2 Cultural And Entertainment Events In The Form Of Selected Social Events Conducted By An Animator,22) Agreeing With The Ordering Party The Content Of The Regulations For Using The Ice Rink Made Available In A Visible Place,23) Dismantling And Removal Of The Ice Rink Set After The Season,24) Providing Ice Rink Facilities, Including: Toilets And Garbage Containers.2.1. The Ordering Party Provides An Electrical Connection With A Capacity Of 100 Kw And Access To The Water Intake Point; The Ordering Party Covers The Costs Related To Electricity Consumption And Water Supply For The Operation Of The Ice Rink. 3. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure The Safety Of People Using The Ice Rink And Provide Civil Liability Insurance For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 200,000.00. From Claims Of Persons Using The Ice Rink For Any Damage Resulting From Accidents Occurring On The Ice Rink Or In Its Immediate Vicinity. The Contractor Bears The Costs Of This, B) Insurance Of The Equipment And Elements Of The Ice Rink Against Devastation, Theft, Fire And Random Events, C) Ensuring At Least 2 Public Toilets Available To Users Of The Ice Rink Along With Their Service Twice A Week, D) Concluding An Agreement For Waste Collection And Disposal, Including An Appropriate Number Of Waste Containers At Your Own Expense; The Contract Must Be Concluded With An Entity Entered In The Register Of Regulated Activities In The Field Of Municipal Waste Collection From The Brwinów Commune, E) Servicing The Equipment During The Term Of The Contract, F) Bearing The Costs Of Operating And Maintaining The Ice Rink, 4.
