Towarnicki: - A Library Part With The Possibility Of Housing A Book Collection Of 350,000 Volumes, With Free Access, And An Audio-Visual Hall With A Capacity Of At Least 200 Seats And An Exhibition Space Of At Least 500 M2, - For The Event Part, Including A Concert Hall For At Least 1,000 People And A Conference And Seminar Part For About 500 Participants, - Underground Parking For The Entire Area, Min. 100 Places. The Contractor Will Prepare (Including The Assumptions Of The Functional And Usable Program), Organize And Conduct The Competition In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Provisions And Requirements. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create A Modern Library Space With Open Access To The Book Collection And Spaces For Social Meetings, Creating An Important Element Of The Citys New Image. The Construction Of A Concert And Entertainment Hall Will Enable A New Cultural Policy For The City, Increase Its Competitive Position In Relation To Other Polish Metropolises, And Create A New Architectural Quality In The Center Of Rzesz w. The Scope Of Work Within The Organization Of The Competition Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Competition Program; 2) Preparation Competition Materials, Including: A) Competition Regulations Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, B) Development Of Functional And Utility Assumptions For The Facility That Meet The Boundary Conditions, C) Competition Guidelines, D) Site Map With The Designation Of The Competition Area, E) Base Map, F) Conservation Guidelines, G) Photographic Documentation Of The Existing State, H) Information On Applicable Local Plans And A Study Of Conditions, Etc. 3) Information Activities, Including Promotion Of The Competition: A) Min. 1 Information About The Competition In The Media (Press, Industry Magazine); B) Preparation And Printing Of A Post-Competition Catalog In The Number Of 150 Pieces And Delivering Them To The Ordering Party; 4) Distribution Of Competition Materials Via The Website; 5) Preparation Of The Content Of Announcements Related To Competitions For The Public Procurement Bulletin ;6) Participation In Answering Anonymous Questions From Competition Participants;7) Accepting And Coding Competition Entries;8) Providing Competition Judges From Among Sarp Competition Judges;9) Organizing And Conducting Meetings Of The Competition Committee Responsible For, Among Others, For The Analysis And Evaluation Of The Competition Works; 10) Organization Of The Post-Competition Exhibition In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; 11) Organization Of The Post-Competition Discussion.
