The Service Will Be Performed At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant At Ul. Spacerowa 24, 59-700 Trzebie . The Service Will Consist In Particular In Sorting Municipal Waste And Performing Cleaning Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Contract Within A Period Of Up To 12 Months, I.E. From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. The Contractor Will Assign People To Perform Activities In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours During The Contract Implementation Period Is 10,560.00 Hours, Where A Man-Hour Is Understood As 60 Clock Minutes. The Service Is Expected To Be Performed A Maximum Of Six (6) Days A Week (Monday To Saturday), From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. The Order Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Award It, And Does Not Constitute The Basis For An Investigation By The Contractor. Claims For Damages Due To Failure To Complete This Order. The Service Will Be Provided On The Basis Of An Order That The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor In Accordance With Current Needs. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers: Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Cpv Code - 79610000 - 3 - Provision Of Staff Services. The Subject Of The Order Will Include Services, In Particular: - Manual Sorting Of Municipal Waste On A Sorting Line, Excluding Hazardous Waste, - Cleaning Works At The Plant. The Contractors Obligations Also Include All Activities Resulting From The Detailed Description Contained In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.
