Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Delivery Of A New Large-Format Led Monitor - In A Mobile Version, Which Includes: 1) Large-Format Led Monitor With Dimensions Of 7X4 M With A Set Of Cabling And Transport Boxes. 2) Large-Format Led Monitor Controller - Video Processor In A Transport Case. 3) Electrical Switchboards Suitable For Powering The Entire Large-Format Led Monitor.4) A Set Of Power And Signal Cables.5) Transport Box For Accessories Such As Wires, Slings And Beams.6) Beams For Placing And Hanging The Large-Format Led Monitor With An Aluminum Gate Structure .7) Hose Slings And Hand Winches With A Lifting Capacity Of 1T.8) Training In The Assembly, Disassembly And Operation Of A Large-Format Led Monitor.9) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use On The Polish Market In Accordance With Applicable Law.10) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use On The Polish Market In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Item Must Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity Stating That The Product Meets European Requirements And Can Be Sold On The Community Market. 11) Delivery To The Address: Ul. Wolno ci 408, Zabrze 41-800 From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M., Monday To Friday. Note: Regardless Of The Method Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order (By Own Transport Or Via A Courier Company), The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery Using Its Own Resources And At Its Own Expense - Together With Payment (- Delivery Ex-Works To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party) (! ) The Contractor Bears All Responsibility For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order, Including The Risk Of Its Damage Or Loss Until It Is Received By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Delivery Via A Courier Company, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of The Goods And Their Transfer From The Means Of Transport To The Place Indicated In The Swz - As Part Of The Order Submitted To The Courier Company (The Door-To-Door Delivery Method Is Unacceptable). Failure To Comply With The Above Condition Will Result In Refusal To Accept The Goods. 12) Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Include Assembly, Commissioning, Operation Of The Monitor And Disassembly. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Collected In An Uncovered Area. In Case Of Bad Weather Conditions, The Delivery Date May Change, No Longer Than 5 Business Days. 13) The Contractor Will Provide Training In Assembly, Commissioning, Disassembly And Operation Of The Monitor. Direct Training At The Ordering Partys Headquarters For 4 Employees.14) The Contractor Ensures That The Training Will Be Conducted By A Person With Appropriate Knowledge And Substantive Preparation. The Training Will Include The Time Necessary To Master The Manipulation Activities To The Extent Enabling Proper Use Of The Equipment, But Not More Than 8 Hours.15) The Training Will Take Place On A Date Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery Or The Day Following Delivery. Training Hours (8 H) Cannot Exceed 4:00 P.M. 16) The Order Is Completed By The Contractor Upon Mutual Acceptance Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations For The Device That Is The Subject Of The Contract. A Mutually Accepted Protocol Will Constitute A Confirmation That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Delivered Along With The Activation Of All Functions And That The Contractor Has Trained The Ordering Partys Staff In Its Operation.17) The Warranty For The Device Begins When The Parties To The Contract Sign The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. The Address Details Of The Warranty Service Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Along With The Warranty Card (Delivered On The Day Of Installation).18) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace Any Element Of The Device That Is Damaged For Reasons Beyond The Control Of Proper Operation In Accordance With The Users Manual. The Scope Of This Warranty Covers Any Physical Defects Of The Equipment That Arise Or Are Revealed During The Warranty Period.19) The Contractor Will Not Receive Any Additional Remuneration Under The Warranty, And If Such A Circumstance Occurs, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace It At His Own Expense. Damaged Device Components, Including Transport Costs If Repair Was Impossible At The Ordering Partys Premises.
