Taking Over The Care Of Homeless Animals Currently Kept In The Psia Ostoja Shelter For Homeless Animals, Pieczyska, Ul. Szkolna 14, 98 - 400 Wierusz w, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract - On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Wartkowice Commune (As Of September 30, 2023, The Number Of Homeless Dogs Staying In The Place Is 22) - The Provision Does Not Apply To Situations Where, As A Result Of The Tender Procedure, The Entity Providing The Service In The Current Period Will Be Selected, 1.2. Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune To Their Place Of Residence, I.E. Shelters For Homeless Animals, Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Animals Life And Health Or Cause Them Suffering, And Do Not Pose A Threat To Safety And Order Public, And Catching The Animal Should Be Undertaken Within 4 Hours Of Receiving A Telephone Notification From The Ordering Party, And In The Event Of A Threat To The Life Or Health Of Residents From Animal Attacks, In The Shortest Possible Time, Not Exceeding 2 Hours From The Time Of Reporting. For An Animal Reported By Unauthorized Persons And Delivered To The Contractor Without The Ordering Partys Consent, The Ordering Party Shall Not Bear Any Costs Related To The Provision Of The Service, 1.3. Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune Placed In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Through: 1.3.1. Providing Appropriate Rooms For The Animals That Will Stay There, 1.3.2. Ensuring Proper Living Conditions,1.3.3. Providing Animals With Food And Water In Accordance With Applicable Standards, 1.3.4. Providing Animals With The Necessary Veterinary Care, Including A Fifteen-Day Quarantine, Mandatory Vaccinations, Treatment, Deworming And Flea Treatment, 1.3.5. Sterilizing And Neutering Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580), 1.3.6. Euthanizing Blind Litters Of Animals Staying And Arriving At The Shelter In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, 1.3.7. Subjecting Homeless Animals To Euthanasia In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On The Protection Of Animals (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580), 1.3.8. Marking Animals With A Microchip And Entering The Number Into The Database.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Entrepreneurs Liability Insurance For The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Entire Period Of Service Provision In The Amount Of At Least Pln 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys).3. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Establish And Maintain, Throughout The Period Of Service Implementation, The Management And Disposal Of Veterinary Waste And Dead And Euthanized Animals In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Waste Management.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Tor, The Provisions Of The Submitted Offer, The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Laws, Standards And Norms, As Well As Professional Ethics And Established Customs.
