Tenders are invited for Consultancy service for Strategy and Ministry Quality. Main tasks and activities Interested individuals/companies are expected to provide a range of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) / Gender-based violence (GBV) / Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) consultancy services - Gender and/or disability analyses - Gender audit/organizational self-assessment - GESI/GBV/PSEA capacity building - GESI/GBV/PSEA programmatic frameworks/PoC design, including indicators selection. - Survivor-centered and do no harm approaches integration in project cycles. - Including design/review of tools for gender analyses/assessments/research - Identify and document good practices, measures or actions designed and implemented by the organization. - Develop technical resources to strengthen gender integration. Qualification requirement Consultants interested in this opportunity should meet the following minimum requirements. - Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in GESI, GBV, PSEA - Demonstrated knowledge and skills in gender analyses methodology development, data analysis and management, both quantitative and qualitative - Demonstrated experience in GESI/GBV/PSEA frameworks design and measurement. - Demonstrate experience in gender audit and organizational GESI self-assessments and analyses. - Demonstrated experience in GESI/GBV/PSEA curriculums development, trainings facilitation and coaching. - Strong understanding of Middle East and/or Eastern Europe contexts from GESI/GBV perspective - Services provision in English and Arabic will be an asset. deadline: 07.11.2023 17:00 Cyprus time.
