This Objective Will Be Achieved (A) By Assessing The Current Digital Agriculture Landscape In Madagascar And Testing The Feasibility Of Blockchain Based E-Voucher System; (B) Bridging The Knowledge Gap By Building The Capacity Of Key Minae Officials Along With Piu Staff To Facilitate Project Activity Implementation; And (C) Implement An Innovative Approach By Leveraging Potential Korea-Madagascar Partnership; Edcf Co-Financing Facility; And Expertise. The Sequencing Of These Objectives Will Give Minae And Piu A Clear Vision To Ensure A Successful Project Implementation.
