The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of Natural Gas In 2024 For The K ty Commune And Its Budgetary Units With A Total Estimated Volume Of 1,869,756 Kwh (+/- 10%) During The Delivery Period, I.E. From January 1, 2024 Year Until December 31, 2024, Provided That 1,496,366 Kwh Will Be Settled In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 Based On Prices Resulting From The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Recipients Of Gas Fuels In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 202, As Amended), Provided That The Offer Price Submitted By The Contractor Is Higher Than The Prices Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Of The Act, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Submitting New Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, Together With The Conclusion Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Agreements.
