The Scope Of Works Accompanying The Investment - Classified As Renovation, Regarding: 1) Land Development Elements, Including: A) Renovation Of Stairs / Platforms / External Ramps; B) Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Downpipes Connections To The Storm Sewage System; C) Restoration Of The Existing Topography, Including Existing Hardening, In The Area Of ​​Insulation Works; 2) Building Study, Including: A) Change Of External Colors, Including Facade Material Solutions; B) Replacement Of External Door Joinery - External Doors Of The Main Entrance; C) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings; D) Replacement Of External Window Sills; E) Modernization Of Light Points In The Entrance Area; F) Organizing Installations And Devices Located On The Buildings Facades; G) Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Roof Covering And Elements (Ducts, Devices, Etc.)
