The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing An Inspection Repair At The P5 Level Of A Narrow-Gauge Diesel Locomotive Type Wls 180 No. 7220 Based On The Maintenance System Documentation Approved By The President Of The Office Of Rail Transport. Description Of The Subject Of The Valuation: 1. Carrying Out Inspection Activities Described In The Maintenance System Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Repairing Damaged And Dented Headstocks Under The Buffers, Eliminating Any Play And Repairing The Drawbar Hook Guides On Both Sides Of The Locomotive; B) Inspecting The Handbrake - Verify And Remove Any Play; C) Diagnose The Causes Of Breaking The Drive Shaft Bolts. After Diagnosing The Causes, Perform Appropriate Repairs And Remove The Cause Of Breaking The Drive Shaft Bolts. Install New Sets Of Screws; D) Purchase And Replace The Wheel Set Rims With New Ones (Including Flaw Detection Tests Confirmed By An Appropriate Protocol); E) Replace Truss Bushings With New Ones; F) Diagnose The Causes Of The Jerking Behavior, Mainly When Driving Freely. After Diagnosis, Repair And Remove The Cause; G) Replace Spring Lubricators On All Beams; H) Overhaul The Engine In Accordance With Dsu Level P5 (Including Replacing Head Gaskets, Regenerating Injectors). Parts For Replacing The Head Gasket Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party; I) Replace The Brake Pads; J) Remove The Cause Of Grinding And Crackling Noises During Direction Changes - Repair/Modernization Of The Front-Rear Direction Switch; K) Replace The Button In The Cab Used To Start The Locomotive; L) Modernize/Improve The Mounting Of The Control Panel In The Cab; M) Install An Additional Folding Chair On The Drivers Side; N) Make The Wiring And Connection To The Rear High Light, Activate The Rear High Light; O) Make Additional Air Ducts On The Other Side Of The Cabin To Enable The Relocation Of The Signal Horn; P) Replace Thermostats And Thermostat Housings In The Cooling Circuit;Q) Wash And Descale The Radiator And Replace The Coolant; R) Modernize The Wipers (Extend The Wiper Arms) So As To Improve Their Operation And Ensure The Removal Of Water From The Middle And Lower Parts Of The Windows; S) Wash And Fill In Any Paint Losses, Maintaining The Current Colors And Inscriptions; T) Tdt Performs A Tightness Test And An External Inspection Compressed Air Tanks Installed On The Wls 180 Locomotive No. 72202. After Repairing The Wheelsets, Defectoscopic Tests Should Be Performed Using One Of The Methods Indicated In The Dsu And A Test Report Should Be Prepared And Delivered To The Ordering Party (The Report Should Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation).3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party: - Rim Acceptance Certificate Along With A Declaration Of Conformity Of New Rims (To Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation); - Complete Documentation Of The P5 Repair Along With The Required Measurement Cards In Accordance With Dsu (Protocol + Measurement Cards) - Provide Other Required Documents, Including: Quality Acceptance Certificates, Design Certificates, Ultrasonic Test Reports (If Applicable And Required ) - Provide The Decisions Of The Transport Technical Supervision Together With The Reports On The Tightness Tests And External Inspection Of The Compressed Air Tanks Installed On The Locomotive 4. After The Repair, A Test Drive Must Be Performed. The Test Run Should Be Performed After Transporting The Locomotive To The Kkw Premises. The Test Drive Must Be Performed With The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Representatives And The Commission Appointed By The Ordering Party. A Test Drive Report Must Be Prepared According To The Template In Dsu.5. The Service Includes The Costs And Organization Of Loading And Transport Of The Locomotive From The Krośnicka Narrow Gauge Railway To The Repair Plant And From The Repair Plant To Kkw. 6. The P5 Level Inspection Should Be Carried Out Based On The Documentation Of The Maintenance System For The Wls 180 Narrow Gauge Diesel Locomotive Approved By The Office Of Rail Transport. Before Performing The Valuation, An On-Site Inspection Of The Wls 180 7220 Locomotive At The Krośnice Station Is Recommended. The Date Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Warranty Period For The Quality Of Work Performed Is At Least 18 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol.
