The Subject Of The Task Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Kępno. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Buildings Of The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Kępno, Which Will Include The Creation Of Approximately 140 M2 - 180 M2 Of New Development Area, Which Will Allow For Increasing The Usable Area Of ​​The District Inspectorate In Kępno. By Approximately 350 M2. In 2023, A Closed Shell Will Be Built. The Investment Is Planned To Include Construction Works That Will Include A Closed Shell, Office Rooms, Public Toilets And A Toilet For People With Special Needs, And A Technical Room For A Server Room. In Addition, External Windows And Doors Will Be Replaced, And Thermal And Moisture Insulation Of The Walls In The Basement Of The Existing Part Will Be Made. There Will Also Be An Additional Layer Of Insulation In The Remaining Part Of The Building And Replacement Of Garage Doors In Farm Buildings. The Planned Investment Also Includes Land Development Which Will Include, Among Others: Construction Of A Hardened Surface, Parking Spaces And Green Areas, And Construction Of A New Fence From Graniczna Street With Two Gates And A Wicket. Additionally, It Is Also Planned To Build A Photovoltaic Installation. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Expand The Veterinary Inspection Building With New Office Rooms, Hygienic And Sanitary Facilities, A Multi-Functional Room, Social Facilities, Technical Rooms. The Current Investment Concerns The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Investment, I.E. Expansion To A Closed Shell State Along With The Implementation Of Thermal Insulation Without Facing Plaster. The Investment Also Includes Thermal Insulation Of Part Of The Existing Building Along With The Replacement Of External Windows And Doors, Construction Of Walkways And Paved Access Roads Made Of Concrete Blocks, Reconstruction Of The Existing Gas Connection And Development Of Greenery; In Addition, It Is Planned To Replace The Garage Doors In The Garage And Utility Building Belonging To The Investor On The Same Plot. The Planned Extension Is Designed As A Two-Story Building Without A Basement.
