The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A New, Factory-Free, Defect-Free Delivery Vehicle In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option - With The Parameters And Terms Indicated Below: 2. Detailed Description Of The Vehicle (Delivery Vehicle) General Requirements:1. The Supplier Must Indicate In The Tender Offer The Manufacturer Of The Offered Vehicle.2. The Vehicle Cannot Be A Prototype.3. The Vehicle Must Have The Necessary Equipment And Documents Authorizing Road Traffic On Public Roads In Poland In Accordance With The Road Traffic Act And Enabling Its Operation Immediately After Receipt By The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Provides An Authorized Service Within A Distance Of 200 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Agreement On The Day Of Delivery: In The Case Of A Vehicle Imported To Poland, The Necessary Documents For Vehicle Registration In Polish, A Service Book And An Operating Manual In Polish, A Detailed Description Of Devices And Software In Polish Are Required. Failure To Provide The Documents May Constitute Grounds For The Ordering Party To Withdraw From The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor Within 14 Days From The Date Set For Their Delivery.6.
