1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Air-Conditioning Devices Along With Their Installation, Assembly And Commissioning On The Second Floor Of The Tax Office Building In Skierniewice, At Ul. Czerwona 22. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Air Conditioners Along With Their Removal And Disposal, 2) Delivery Of Brand New, Defect-Free, Complete And Operational Air Conditioning Devices, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2022, 3 ) The Scope Of Assembly Works Includes All Works Related To The Installation And Commissioning Of Devices, Including: A) Development And Execution Of As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards; B) Construction Of A Freon Installation; C) Construction Of The Condensate Drainage System; D) Construction Of The Electrical Installation Supplying Power To The Units; E) Filling The Devices With Refrigerant; F) Start-Up Of Devices And Checking Correct Operation; G) Use Of Existing Ducts And Air Supply Grilles If Possible; H) Reconstruction Of Plaster And Paint, I.E. Plaster And Paint Should Be Applied In Places Where Air Conditioners Are Installed, I.E. On The Walls Where The Devices Were Mounted And The Installation Was Carried Out - If Required; I) If Necessary, Use Uv-Resistant Casing Pipes For Outdoor Installations And Culverts In The Buildings Structural Elements. After Installing The Piping, The Holes In The Walls, Ceilings And Roof Should Be Filled In Accordance With The Principles Of Good Construction Practice. Any Damage To Building Elements Related To The Assembly Works Carried Out Should Be Removed By Making Plaster, Paint And Roofing Touch-Ups, Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract Template. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Place Of Delivery Of Air-Conditioning Devices, Including Their Installation And Assembly, In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed By December 15, 2023.
