Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Meals To The Ordering Partys Premises In Accordance With The Menus Presented In Annex No. 2 (High-Protein Diet). The Number Of Products In The Menus Is Intended For One Person As A Food Release From The Warehouse. The Contractor Guarantees High Quality Of Products (I.E. The Delivered Products Will Be Gmo-Free), With Valid Consumption Dates (Not Shorter Than ¼ Of The Expiry Date) And The Quantity In Accordance With The Order Of The Ordering Partys Dietitian. The Ordering Party Verifies The Temperature (For Hot Soups 75 +/-5 °C, For Hot Main Courses 63 +/-2 °C, For Hot Drinks 80 +/-5 °C, For Cold Dishes 4 +/-1 °C ), Weight (According To The Weight Of Products In Menus For One Person) And Quality Of Meals (Including Organoleptic Assessment), By Entering Data In The Meal Control Cards. The Ordering Party Requires That The Meals Be Transported In Such A Way As Not To Violate Food Safety And Transport Intended Exclusively For This Purpose. Meals Are Delivered To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Driver Drives To The Ordering Partys Premises, Places Thermally Insulated Containers With Ready-Made Meals In Gn Containers On A Single-Platform Trolley And Transports Them To The Portioning Place Designated By The Ordering Party. He Places The Thermoses On The Worktops. The Driver Is Obliged To Comply With The Safety Rules Applicable At The Facility (Appropriate Clothing, I.E. Apron, Gloves, Meal Delivery Hours). Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Partys Premises In Thermo Boxes (I.E. Thermal Insulating Containers That Protect Products During Transport And Storage Without The Risk Of Spoilage Or Loss Of Properties). Flavor And Nutritional Properties. Thermoses In Thermoboxes Arranged In Accordance With The Temperature Of The Meals, So As To Avoid Combining Cold And Warm Meals. - Collective Breakfast Prepared By The Contractors Staff, On Trays According To The Patients Condition Reported To The Meal By E-Mail By The Ordering Partys Staff. Milk Soup And Coffee Prepared In Thermoses , One For Each Department (Department Of General Surgery 1St Floor, Department Of General Surgery 2Nd Floor, Department Of Plastic Surgery, Department Of General Surgery, Wound Treatment Institute, Intensive Care Department). Bread In Baskets According To Order (Bread Sliced And Tightly Packed) .- Lunch – 2Nd Collective Course For All Patients Registered By E-Mail, According To Diets, In Hermetically Sealed Thermoses. Soup And Compote In Thermoses, One For Each Department (General Surgery Department, 1St Floor, General Surgery Department, 2Nd Floor, Plastic Surgery Department, General Surgery Department, Wound Treatment Institute, Intensive Care Department). Prepared At The Contractors Premises, Portioned By The Ordering Partys Staff. - Collective Dinner, Portioned Out By The Staff At The Contractors Premises On Trays, Separately For Each Department (General Surgery Department, 1St Floor, General Surgery Department, 2Nd Floor, Plastic Surgery Department, General Surgery Department, Wound Treatment Institute, Intensive Care Department) In Accordance With The Sent By E-Mail With An Order By The Ordering Partys Staff. Tea Prepared In Thermoses, One For Each Ward. Bread In Baskets According To Order (Bread Sliced And Tightly Packed). Dinner In Thermo Boxes Protected By A Cooling Insert Ensuring The Appropriate Temperature, I.E. 4 +/- 1 ° C. In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract: - 6 Packages Of Black Tea In Bags Packed In 100 Pieces* *The Contractor May Deliver Tea In Another Packaging Size Than Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Such A Case, Calculations Should Be Made So That The Number Of Pieces Is Consistent With The Specifications. I.E. A Total Quantity Of 600 Pieces - 12 Kg Of Sugar. Gn Inserts Together With Thermal Insulation Containers Are Washed And Disinfected At The Contractors Premises. The Diets Were Prepared In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Food And Nutrition Institute. In The Price Of A High-Protein Diet, The Ordering Party May Request Meals In The Form Of: • Fortified Liquid Diet; • Pulpy (Mixed Soup Plus Second Course Of Variable Consistency); • Diet With Limited Easily Digestible Carbohydrates; • Easily Digestible; • Diet Modification - Vegetarian, Vegan Diet , Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free Or Other Depending On The Patients Dietary And Cultural Habits In Accordance With The Doctors Recommendation As Part Of The Established Nutritional Rate For A High-Protein Diet;• Nutritional Supplements For Patients (Distinguished In Annex 2 To The Swz): Twice A Week For A High-Protein Diet And Another One Reported By The Ordering Partys Dietitian And Daily For A Diet Limiting Easily Digestible Carbohydrates. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals To The Ordering Partys Premises Three Times A Day At The Following Times: • Breakfast - Between 7:00 A.M. And 7:30 A.M. • Lunch - Between 12:00 P.M. And 12:30 P.M. • Dinner - Between 4:30 P.M. And 5:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Shall Provide Disposable Tableware: Soup Containers, Lunch Containers, Plates For Breakfast And Dinner, Cups, Cutlery, Etc. Meal Reporting Hours: Breakfast - On The Previous Day Until 1:30 P.M. And Confirmation Of The Number Of Breakfasts On The Day Of Transport Until 1 P.M. 06:45 Lunches - On The Day Of Delivery Until 09:00 Dinners - On The Day Of Delivery Until 13:30 The Contractor Guarantees Compliance With The Haccp Principles Referred To In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (I.E. Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), Hereinafter Referred To As The Bżż Act.
