Multimedia Totem 2 Pieces The Contractor Will Provide 2 Digital Totem Touch Screens (Screens Must Be Located In The Place Designated By The Ordering Party) With A Diagonal Between 32 And 46 Along With Software Enabling The Presentation Of The Event Program, Handling Online Surveys, Presentation Of The Ordering Partys Activities, Completed Projects Projects. Screens Should Be Of High Visual Quality, Without Scratches Or Damage, Free-Standing, Without Traces Of Use. Totems Should Be Installed On The 2Nd Floor Of The Building.2. The Staff Must Wear Uniform Black Clothes, Adapted To The Nature Of The Meeting, And An Id Badge Indicating Their Role Regarding The Staff.5. Stage 1 Piece Providing A Stage With Dimensions Of 8 X 3 M, Platform Height Between 20 And 40 Cm. When Using A 40 Cm High Platform, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Stage Design Steps Enabling Safe Entry And Exit From The Stage (The Ordering Party Allows Other Sizes According To The Contractors Concept - The Size Of The Stage Must Be Large Enough To Accommodate All The Elements On The Stage, I.E. A Large Screen. The Contractor Will Provide Service In Preparing The Stage For Each Part Of The Conference/Panel, I.E. Bringing In/Taking Out Armchairs, Tables, Etc. The Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Managing The Event Before It Starts, During And After The Event, During The Working Hours Of The Other Event Staff.2. Master Of Ceremonies 1 Person The Contractor Will Provide An Experienced Emcee Who Will Host The Event. The Leader Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Indicating That He Has Led An Event In Both Science And Business At Least Five Times, Attended By At Least 100 People. The Presenter Must Be Fluent In English. The Announcer Will Be The Person Announcing Individual Elements Of The Conference. The Thematic Scope Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party No Later Than 2 Days Before The Conference. Before Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Experience/References Of The Emcee And Request The Contractor To Provide Proof Of Experience. Estimated Working Hours Are From 8:30 A.M. To 5:30 P.M. 3. Hostesses 3 People Providing 3 Hostesses/Hosts Whose Task Will Be To Serve Guests During The Conference, Including Providing Participants With All Information Regarding The Organization Of The Conference, Registering Participants And Handing Out Id Badges, Packing And Distributing Conference Materials Among Conference Participants, Maintaining The Attendance List Of Conference Participants . The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Attendance Lists To The Ordering Party After The End Of The Conference.
