1. Delivery Of Finishing Materials For Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. As Part Of The Investment Called Establishing A Home For Mothers With Minor Children And Pregnant Women In Suchowola, Ul. Augustowska 2.2. The Order Includes:2.1. Delivery Of Building Materials (Brand New), Having All The Approvals Required By Law For Use In Construction (B, Ce Mark And Approvals And Certificates Indicated In Individual Items Of The Order. 2.2. Determination Of The Subject And The Size Or Scope Of The Order: Delivery Of Finishing Materials For The Needs Of Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Creation Of A Home For Mothers With Minor Children And Pregnant Women In Suchowola, Ul. Augustowska 2. The Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Are Included In Table No. 1, Which Is An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Additional Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order.3.1. The Subject Of The Order - Construction Materials - Must Be New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Swz. 3.2. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively In Depending On The Requirements Submitted By The Ordering Party - Response Time From The Date Of Submission Of The Request In Accordance With The Deadline Indicated In The Contractors Offer, No Longer Than 14 Days.3.3. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order.3.4. The Required Quality Warranty Period Is Min. 12 Months.3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties. The Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Warranty Card Issued And Delivered To The Ordering Party.3.6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Using The Contractors Unloading Means (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Truck, Car Lift).3.7. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is: Ul. Augustowska 2, 16-150 Suchowola.3.8. Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Offer.3.9. A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared Regarding The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.
