This Also Provides An Opportunity For Us To Look At Supporting People With Oranga Whnau (Supporting The Collective Wellbeing Of A Family) And Oranga Tngata (That Supports A Person/Peoples Holistic Wellbeing), Which Is Complimentary To T Mason Duries Framework Te Whare Tapa Wh Allowing For An Indigenous Approach That Targets Wellbeing For All. Inland Revenue (Ir) Is Seeking Information On The Following Wellbeing Products And/Or Services: 1. Employee Assistance Programme; 2. Mental Health Training For Leaders (Which Could Also Be Used By Others In Ir Where Appropriate); And 3. Wellbeing Platform/Tool Which Can Be Utilised By Ir People To Assist With Their Wellbeing. We Are Keen To Hear From Respondents That Can Deliver Any Or All Of The Above Products And/Or Services.
