Mandatory Site Visit - November 14 @ 3:30 Pm Local Timerichmond Secondary, 7171 Minoru Boulevard, Richmond, Bc V6y 1Z3the Board Of Education Of School District No. 38 (Richmond) Is Inviting Proposals To Upgrade The Existing Dust Extraction System At Richmond Secondary School, Which Generally Involves:1. Supply And Installation Of New Dust Collector, Ductwork, Hoods, Etc.2. Compressed Air3. Balancing And Commissioning4. Implementation Of New Ddc Components And Revised Sequences Of Operationdemolition And Builders Work Will Include The Following:1. Demolition, Painting, Remediation, Etc. As Described In The Specifications And On The Drawings To Accommodate The Work. Includes T-Bar Ceiling.2. Non-Structural Seismic Protection3. Structural Work As Per Structural Documents - New Openings In Concrete And Block Wallselectrical Work Will Require The Following:1. Electrical Power Supply To Mechanical Equipment2. Removal And Replacement Of Miscellaneous Electrical Devices3. Electrical Interlock
