On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of Professional License Plates And Legalization Marks And The Procedure For Legalization Of Professional License Plates (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 547, As Amended) And The Standards And Technical Specifications Referred To In The Act Of 30 August 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1854, As Amended) Confirmed By Certificates Regarding The Compliance Of License Plates Or Production Materials With Technical Conditions.5. If The Validity Period Of The Certificates Referred To In Point 1.4 Of The Swz Expires, During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Copies Of New Valid Certificates Before They Expire.6. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Referred To In Point 1.4 Of The Swz During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform And Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Regulations In Force On The Day Of Placing The Order.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Implementation And Execution Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
