Tenders Are Invited For Snow Removal, Combating Slipperiness And Black Ice On The Roads Of The Wiązowna Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness On Municipal And Service Roads (With Particular Emphasis On Intersections) In The Wiązowna Commune.2. A Detailed List Of Roads Covered By The Service Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. In Exceptional Situations, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Alternatively Indicate Other Roads Than Those Included In The List Of Comparable Length.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Clear Snow - Remove Snow From The Road And The Road; B) Combat Winter Slipperiness - By Eliminating Black Ice And Slippery Roads (With Particular Emphasis On Intersections); C) Prepare A Mixture Of Roughening Materials, Including 50% Salt; D) Maintaining The Availability Of Equipment And Service Prepared For The Needs Of The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; E) Removing Residual Sand After Completing Works Related To The Removal Of Black Ice And Slippery Roads.4. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Length Of The Roads For Snow Removal And Sprinkling With A Mixture Of Roughening Materials With An Admixture Of Salt Is 74.58 Km.5. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Order Quantity Is An Estimate And May Be Changed, In Particular Reduced In The Event Of Significant Circumstances. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction Of The Order. The Minimum Length Of Roads For Snow Removal And Sprinkling With A Mixture Of Roughening Materials With An Admixture Of Salt Is 27.79 Km.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have At Least Two Plow, Sand And Salt Trucks. Equipment For Spreading Roughening Materials Must Ensure Smooth Regulation Of The Amount Of Anti-Slip Agents Spread And Uniform Flow Rate Per M2 Regardless Of Driving Speed. The Driver Should Have A Mobile Phone With Him, On Which The Ordering Party Can Make Ongoing Reports During The Provision Of Snow Removal And Anti-Slippery Services Due To The Required 24-Hour Availability.7. Equipment Units Used To Perform Winter Road Maintenance Work Should Be Equipped With A Yellow Warning Flasher In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law. The Operator Of The Equipment May Be A Driver With Appropriate Qualifications, I.E. The Required Driving License Category, Knowledge Of The Operated Equipment And Training To Work In Winter Road Maintenance.8. The Employer Requires The Contractor To Use A Mixture Of Sand And Salt To Prevent, Eliminate And Mitigate Winter Slipperiness. Selection Of Materials And Their Doses Depending On The Type Of Expected Or Existing Slipperiness In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws No. 230 Item 1960).9. The Service Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Quality Of The Service, The Materials Used And For Compliance With The Instructions Of The Employee Supervising The Winter Road Maintenance Campaign On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.10. The Supervision Provided By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Its Own Supervision And The Quality Of The Services Entrusted To It.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Against Damage Or Destruction Of Public Or Private Property. If Such Destruction Occurs, The Contractor Will Repair Or Recreate The Damaged Property At Its Own Expense. 12. The Contractor Should Comply With All Environmental Protection Regulations And Comply With All Occupational Health And Safety Regulations When Providing The Service.13. For 1 Km Of Properly Cleared And Sprinkled Road, The Ordering Party Considers That The Entire Width Of The Road, Including All Bus Stop Bays, Is Cleared And Sprinkled With Snow, And The Intersections With Public Roads Are Sprinkled.14. The Offer Should Include A Gross Estimate For Snow Removal And Sprinkling 1 Km Of The Road With A Mixture Of Roughening Materials With An Admixture Of Salt, Regardless Of Its Width. The Contractor Should Provide Equipment To Enable Complete Sprinkling Of The Indicated Road Section.15. Full Readiness To Provide The Service Is Valid From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 16. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Order Description And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
