Made Of Patinable Steel Exterior Sheet (Enriched With Copper And Phosphorus), With 14 Gauge Profile 5.64 Inches. Access Doors Duly Structured In Wearable Steel Tube, In A Square Or Rectangular Profile, With Internal Lining In Wearable Steel Sheets Of 14 Gauge Profile, Fixed To The Structure By Means Of Stops And Hinges Sized To The Weight Of The Doors. For The Assembly Of The Stations, Standard Or Hc Containers Of 20 Feet (6, 096 M) Must Be Used – Standard Iso 22G1 (Formerly Iso 2210) And Standard Or Hc Of 40 Feet (12, 192 M) – Standard Iso 42G1 (Formerly Iso 4300 ). System Operating Range From 700 Degrees Celcius To 1,200 Degrees Celcius. Thermal Insulation Must Be Made Up Of Calcium Silicate, Volcanic Rock Wool And Ceramic Wool, With The Following Characteristics: Made Up Of Non-Combustible, Non-Hydrophilic Material And Free Of Asbestos (Asbestos) Or Other Harmful Material; It Cannot Produce Toxic By-Products When In Contact With Water Or Thermal Variations; Thermal Conductivity Below 0.06 W (M.K), Attested By A Report Issued By An Independent Laboratory, Based On A Recognized Standard Specific To The Material Used; Minimum Nominal Density Of 145 Kg Per Cubic Meter With A Minimum Temperature Of 700 Degrees Celsius. Thickness: At Least 50 Mm. The Simulator Must Comply With The Requirements Recommended By Nfpa Standards 1001, 1402, 1403 And 1500. Container I, Which Will Make Up The Combustion Chamber, Must Be Supported By A Skatable Steel Structure, Positioned 2 Feet (0.609 M) From Height In Relation To The Base Of The Conjugated Module. The Container Must Be Divided Being 1/3 Combus Chamber, Container Training Module Phase Iii Observation Of The Backdraft Aimed At Fire Fighting Training That Allows Simulation Of External Signals Of A Backdraft. Made Of Patinable Steel Outer Plate (Enriched With Copper And Phosphorus), 1403 And 1500. The Container Has Dimensions (L 591 M). At One End Of The Module There Must Be A 3-Foot (0.914 M) Recess, Isolated From The Combustion Chamber By A Wall With The Same Construction Characteristics As The Container.
