Work: Bpst-15 & 25 Stop/Control/Overload Valve Inspection And Actuator Servicing Work Valve: Model: 33000 Series, Nd: 24"& 8#, Ais I: B16.5 A, Cl: 300; Make-Vanessa; Actuator: Rhm-3000/220, Servovalve Line Items: 1.#Sv-Cv-Ov Actuator Servicing: Servicing Of Stop Valve, Control Valve And Overload Valve Actuator Including Actuator Testing-Qty-10 Scope Of Work-Vendor: 1.#Mobilization/Demobiliz Ation Of People And Materials. Vendors Need To Apply For Entry Permit In Advance 2.#Material, Parts, Equipment Transportation 3.#Ris K Assessment And Work Method Statement To Be Submitted. 4.#Toolbox Talk To Be Given To The Contractor People On Daily Basis. 5.#Pre Dismantling Marking To Be Recorded 6.#Removal & Refixing Of Hydraulic Lines 7.#Removal Of Actuator From Valve. Complete Actuator To Be Dismantled, Clean, Inspect, Reassemble With New Service Kit. Test The Actuator In Presence Of Dewa Representative And Fix Back Wi Th Valve. 8.#Rigging Activity 99.#Keep Record/Photographs Of Activity At The Time Of Work For Making Report. 10.#Duration Of Work 15 Days. Vendor#S General Responsibility And Liabilities: 1.#Contractor Shall Provide Supervisory, Skilled, Semi-Skilled Work Forces 2.#Contractor Must Do The Complete Work By Engaging Competent And Reliable Workforces. 3.#One Supervisor Engineer Must Be At Site Du Ring The Work. 4.#All Required Tools, Rigging Tools, Special Tools & Equipment Etc. Required To Complete The Job With Valid Certific Ate 5.#All Consumables And Any Other Material Required To Complete The Work 6.#Contractor Shall Provide Small Item Like O Ring, V Ri Ng, Gasket, Bolts, Nuts Etc. If Required 7.#Contractor Shall Provide All Personal Protective Equipment, First Aid Kit Available At S Ite During Works. 8.#During Dismantling If It Requires To Dismantle The Nearby Parts Or Assembly It Will Be In Vendors# Scope 9.#Con Tractor Shall Complete The Work Within Specified Duration. Duration Will Be Count From Signing Of Ptw To Return Of Ptw. 10.#Contract Or Must Complete The Work Within The Schedule Provided By Dewa Either By Increasing His Work Force Or By Round The Clock Work. 11.#W Ork Will Be Carried Out As Per Dewa Work Schedule. Different Schedule Will Be Followed For Individual Work. Vendor Shall Be Ready To Work Any Time Of The Week Including Weekend And Holidays To Meet The Plant Requirement. 12.#If Any Damage Full Or Partial, Loss/Mis Sing Of Material/Spares Or Such Kind Of Any Miss Happening During The Work Will Be Repaired/Replaced That Full By The Vendor With Th Eir Own Cost. 13.#Any Damage Of The Adjacent Equipment, Lines, Instruments Etc. During The Work By The Vendor That Must Be Repaired/ Rectified/Replaced Including Material 14.#Contractor Shall Follow The Dewa Safety Policy 15.#Daily Progress/Review Meeting Along Wit H Dewa 16.#Upon Completion Of All Works, A Formal Work Completion Report Shall Be Submitted. Payment Will Be Done As Per Actual Work . Mandatory For Bidding: 1.#Work Will Be Completed As Per Site Condition 2.#Visit Site Before Submitting Offer. Scope Of Dewa: 1.# All Connected I&C And Electrical Instruments Shall Be Removed By Dewa. 2.#Dewa Will Supply Required Mutually Agreed Upon Spares Part S Based On The Inspection Report And Dewa Engineers Inspection. 3.#Dewa Will Provide Forklift, Electricity And Service Air As Availa Ble At Site 4.#Dewa Will Provide Entry Permit For The Work Team. Warranty: 1.#The Warranty Period For The Works Shall Be One Year F Rom The Date Of Commissioning 2.#In Case Of Any Damage/Defect Of The Work Carried Out Within This Warranty Period, The Contractor Sh All Attend And Carry Out The Necessary Repair/Replacement Work Of The Defect Up To Normal Operation Condition Within Shortest Period Without Considering Holiday/Weekend. Qty: 10 Standard Terms & Conditions 1) Prices Should Be Ddp Delivery Duty Paid At Dewa Stores. 2) Quotation To Be Submitted Only In Local Currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) Dewa Standard Payment Terms Is 30 Days Credit From The Date Of Acceptance Of Material 4) No Dewa Staff Or His Or Her Relatives Up To Third Degree Should Have Ownership Or Partnership In Your Company, And Your Participation In Dewa Tenders / Rfqs Should Not Constitute A Conflict Or Perceived Conflict Of Interest.
