This Service Consists Of: • Providing Intermediary Services. • Searching And Pre-Selecting Suitable, High-Quality Candidates. • Providing Contract Service. • Concluding Agreements Between The Contractor And Selected Candidates/Agencies. • Carrying Out Contract Management With Regard To The Agreements With The Contracted Temporary Employees. • Concluding Agreements (Model Agreements) Between The Contractor And Self-Employed Persons Without Employees (Self-Employed Persons Without Employees) Recruited By The Client. • Carrying Out Contract Management With Regard To The Agreements With The Contracted Self-Employed Without Personnel (Zzps). • Taking Over The Risks Related To Hiring And Self-Employment, Including Risk Management. • Actively Making Use Of Requests For, And Maintaining The Network With, Previously Deployed Or Desired Persons/Employees And Suppliers Of The Municipality Of Alkmaar.
