The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path At Ul. Międzyrzecka And On Plots No. 302, 301/2, 301/3, 497/6, Precinct 3 Skwierzyna. The Task Is Carried Out Under The Government Road Development Fund. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: - Construction Of A Bicycle Path, - Construction Of A Public Exit, - Recultivation Of Existing Green Areas And Arrangement Of New Green Areas, - Height Adjustment Of Existing Surfaces, Elements (Gates, Wickets) At The Junction Of The Planned Development With The Existing One. The Planned Construction Works Are Located On Plots No.: 301/2, 301/3, 301/4, 302, 316/6, 497/6 - District 0003, City Of Skwierzyna. The Subject Of The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Międzyrzecka Street. The Rebuilt Municipal Road Is Equipped With A Road With A Bituminous Surface, 7.0-9.0 M Wide. Along The Length Of The Sections Of Ul. Międzyrzecka, The Municipal Road Is Not Equipped With Sidewalks For Pedestrians Or Bicycle Paths. Additionally, The Study Includes The Construction Of A Bicycle Path On Plots 301/2, 301/3, 301/4, 302, 497/6. The Above Plots, Except For Plot 301/3, Are Undeveloped And Covered With Grass. Plot 301/3 Constitutes A Road Right-Of-Way Of Kolejowa Street. Kolejowa Street Is Equipped With A Road With A Bituminous Surface, 5.50 M Wide. On The Section In Question, Kolejowa Street Is Equipped With A One-Sided Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes, 1.2 M Wide. On The Plots Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented, There Are Underground Utilities In The Form Of: - Telecommunications Network, - Power Networks, - Water Supply Network, - Sewage System. ,- Gas Network;Earthworks And Demolition Works.Referring To The Assumed Height Assumptions, It Is Planned To Perform Earthworks Consisting Of Trenching For The Construction Of The Exit And The Bicycle Path. The Estimated Amount Of Material To Be Removed Is 560 M3. The Detached Material Should Be Removed From The Construction Site And Disposed Of. Moreover, In Connection With The Construction Of The Bicycle Path Along Międzyrzecka Street, It Is Assumed That It Will Be Necessary To Build An Embankment Connecting The Designed Path With The Adjacent Area. In Reference To The Above, An Embankment Of Sand Obtained From The Excavation Should Be Made, Meeting The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Detailed Design, In The Amount Of 250 M3. It Is Allowed To Use Material From Excavations, Provided That This Material Meets The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications Constituting An Integral Part Of The Construction Documentation. In Addition, The Project In Question Will Require: - Demolition Of The Existing Bituminous Surface (Including The Sub-Base) In The Amount Of 48 M2; Demolition Material Should Be Transported From The Construction Site And Disposed Of, - Demolition Of The Existing Curb (Including A Concrete Footing) In The Amount Of 6 Meters; Material From The Demolition Should Be Taken Away From The Construction Site And Disposed Of, - Demolition Of The Existing Edge (Including A Concrete Footing) In The Amount Of 3 Meters; Material From The Demolition Should Be Transported From The Construction Site And Disposed Of, - Demolition Of The Existing Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes In The Amount Of 6 M2, Material From The Demolition Should Be Transported From The Construction Site And Disposed Of, Construction And Material Solutions. Cycle Path Surface: - W-Wa Abrasive Concrete Cubes, Gray Brick - 8 Cm, - Crushed Stone Ballast - 4 Cm, Note: The Path Surface Should Be Continuous Along The Length Of The Descent. C12/15 (Consistency K-1). The Dimensions Of The Benches Are Shown In The Drawing Entitled Construction Details [Before The Bicycle Crossing - Ul. Railway], Surface Of The Designed Exit: - Wearing Surface Made Of Concrete Blocks Brick, Graphite Color - 8Cm, - Ballast Made Of Stone Dust - 4Cm, - Base Base Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C90/3 Aggregate - 20Cm, With A Grain Size Of 0/31.5 Mmthe Surface Of The Exit Should Be Limited By: - ​​Concrete Curbs With Dimensions Of 15X30x100 (Protruding 12 Cm) Made On A Concrete Footing With A Concrete Resistance Class Of Min. C12/15 (Consistency K-1). The Dimensions Of The Benches Are Shown In The Drawing Entitled Construction Details [From The Property Side]; List Of Areas: Type Of Surface Material Surface Designed Bicycle Path Concrete Cubes 2498 M2 Designed Exit Concrete Cubes 30 M2 Designed Green Areas Humus Sown With A Mixture Of Low Grasses 1625 M2 Total: 4153 M2 Protection Of Existing Networks. It Is Assumed That As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment In Question, It Is Necessary To Secure The Existing Telecommunications Networks That Will Be Located Under The Surface Of The Planned Exit. In Reference To The Above, It Should Be Anticipated That As Part Of The Investment, It Will Be Necessary To Lay 14 Meters Of Two-Part Protective Pipes With A Diameter Of 160 Mm On The Above-Mentioned Networks. Guidelines For The General Contractor. Regardless Of The Construction Of Devices Constituting Elements Of Drainage Systems Included In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should, If Required By Field Conditions, Construct Devices That Will Ensure The Drainage Of Groundwater And Rainwater Outside The Earthworks Area So As To Protect The Land Against Moisture And Irrigation. . The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Excavations And Embankments In Such A Way That The Ground Surfaces Are Sloped Throughout The Duration Of The Works, Ensuring Proper Drainage. If, Due To The Contractors Negligence, The Land Becomes Waterlogged, Resulting In Its Long-Term Unsuitability, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Land And Replace It. The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Application, With The Same Or Better Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin. Notes: A/ Other Elements Not Included In The Description Or Problems Occurring During Implementation Will Be Explained On The Construction Site Under The Investors Supervision. B/ All General Construction And Demolition Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Persons. C/ All Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice And Regulations Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection.
