Tenders are invited for As-Built Drawings & Cost Estimate Works for Proposed Mbma New Building Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, intends to engage with a Consultant to provide as-built drawings, structural analysis, and cost-estimating services for the Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Diplomatic Academy (MBMA) adaptive reuse project. The existing office building to be repurposed as an academic institution was built in the late 1970s and is located in the heart of Manama. The building consists of 6 floors (including the ground floor) and has an approximate total area of 14,000 square meters. The Consultant is to provide as-built drawings of the existing building, focusing on the architectural and structural drawings, as well as to provide a cost estimate based on a concept design that will be provided after award. The project requirements are detailed and include supplemental studies, reports, and images to assist tenderers in their proposal and final work.
