The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Former Boiler Room And Farm Building Into A Closed-Type Pneumatic Shooting Range At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Strzelce Opolskie, At Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 3 On The Plot With Registration Number No. 1748/1. The Shooting Range Will Enable Basic Shooting Training Using Rifles And Pneumatic Pistols That Generate The Initial Kinetic Energy Of The Shot Below 17 Joules, Which Does Not Require A Permit Under The Provisions Of The Weapons And Ammunition Act. The Shooting Range Will Be Used To Train Students Of A School That Conducts Teaching And Educational Activities In The Field Of State Defense For 80 Hours A Month And For Training Non-Governmental Organizations Conducting Activities For State Defense For A Minimum Of 20 Hours A Month.
