Oyster Cultch Placement In Multiple Bay Systems.Texas Parks And Wildlife Department (Tpwd) Is Seeking Contractor(S) To Establish Blanket Contracts To Provide Shallow Water Land And Marine Services To Transport And Place Oyster Cultch Material (Oyster Shells, Clam Shells, Limestone, River Rock, Crushed Concrete, Or Other Similar Cultch Material Approved By Tpwd) Within Marked Boundaries In Multiple Bay Systems Along The Texas Coast. The First Project Will Occur In Carlos Bay And Mesquite Bay In Aransas County, And Additional Projects In Other Bay Systems Will Be Awarded On An As Needed Basis, As Projects Are Identified And Funds Are Confirmed, Per The Solicitation Method Outlined In Section 3.2.95930-Cargo Handling Services, Marine95965-Reef Construction Services Including Maintenance And Repair
