These items have specific service life and must be replaced during regular maintenance schedule. In order to keep all equipment in good running condition these items must be available at the warehouse in order to meet the critical requirements of Field maintenance. By Establishing a LTPA, better pricing , better deliveries and a more efficient procurement process can be secured thus not only streamlining the procurement process, but also , reduce re order time , expedite delivery schedules and to further stream line and reduce the overall purchase orders with Bapco Upstream , it is required to tender and contact for a number of Long term Purchase Agreement and ensuring Bapco Upstream have the required spares at the required time.
