Tenders are invited for Conduction of an Assessment of Needs in the Anosy Region. The Anosy region is located in the extreme southeast of Madagascar. It has an area of 25,731 km² and is subdivided into three districts which are Taolagnaro (29 communes), Amboasary Sud (18 communes) and Betroka (22 communes), the first two being concerned by the study of needs in preparation for a potential project. The region faces significant challenges related to climate change that affect food security and the livelihoods of rural communities. To do this, an in-depth needs study is necessary to identify priorities and opportunities. This study will include individual interviews with key people and focus groups with representatives of the different target groups. Assess the vulnerability of rural communities to climate change.
