The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Construction Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting Of: 1) Expansion Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Jastrzębia Góra With A Part Intended To Constitute A Roof For The External Staircase, Located On The Western Side Of The Building, Along With With Possible Reconstruction Of The Above-Mentioned Staircase, 2) Thermal Modernization Of The Entire Facility, Including At Least: • Insulation Of External Walls • Roof Insulation • Insulation Of Foundation Walls (Thermal And Moisture Insulation) • Replacement Of Windows And Doors And Garage Doors • Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Led Ones • Modernization Of The Heating Installation • Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation • Installation Of Energy Management Systems And Others To The Extent Required To Adapt The Facility To The Applicable Technical Conditions3) Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Facility, Including At Least: • Adaptation Of The Facility To Applicable Regulations • Modernization, Replacement Or Expansion (If Required) Of The Electrical Installation, Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Gas, Chimney, Ventilation, Alarm, Monitoring • Replacement Of Roofing And Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, Lightning Protection System, Re-Brickwork Of Chimneys • Optimization Of The Functional And Utility Layout Of The Facility, Including Possible Demolition, Construction Of Partition Walls, Bricking Up, Construction Of New Window Or Door Openings • Renovation/Modernization Of Rooms In Terms Of Floors, Walls, Ceilings (Possibly Installation Of Suspended Ceilings), Replacement Of Joinery, Lighting4) Installation, Hardware And Furniture Equipment Of The Facility.
