The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And, Based On It, Performance Of Construction Works, I.E.: 1) Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant On Plot No. 93/18 In The Ścinawica Geodetic Area; 2) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System For Buildings No. 22, 22A And 22B To The Installed Sewage Treatment Plant And Discharge Of Treated Sewage To The Ścinawka River; 3) Construction Of Technical Infrastructure, I.E.: Access Road, Maneuvering Area, Section Of Retaining Wall, Flood Protection, Raising The Ground Level And Fencing The Investment Area; Note: The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Purchase Of A Slurry Tanker, Which Was Purchased As Part Of A Separate Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment, The Scope Of Design Works And Construction Works Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And Technical Annexes To The Terms Of Reference.
