The Tasks Of The Contractor In Particular: 1) Opening, Maintaining And Closing Current And Auxiliary Bank Accounts (Including Currency Accounts), Including: A) Making Cash Deposits And Withdrawals, Including Payment Of Benefits To Persons Entitled To Receive Them, E.G. Payment Of Allowances, Employee Benefits, Allowances Related To Elections Organized By The Police Commune, Etc., Closed Cash Deposits, B) Execution Of Domestic And Foreign Transfers, C) Execution Of Standing Orders, Orders With A Future Date And Zeroing Of Balances And Interest (Re-Bookings) ,D) Issuing Payment Cards And Handling Transactions Made With Them,E) Providing The Mass Payment System Service,F) Providing Electronic Banking Services, Including The Possibility Of Using The So-Called White List Of Taxpayers, G) Preparing And Delivering Daily Bank Statements, Including For The Vat Account, 2) Applying Negotiated Exchange Rates By The Bank To Transactions In Foreign Currencies, In Particular For Currency Exchange, 3) Providing Cash Services (Deposits And Cash Withdrawals) At At Least One Point In The City Of Police, 4) Equipping The Police Commune And Its Organizational Units With Pos Terminals, 5) Renting A Safe Deposit Box, 6) Providing A Bank Advisor, 7) Issuing Certificates, Opinions And Other Documents (Statements And Reports) In The Scope Of Banking Services Provided, 8) Informing The Police Commune, By Telephone And Then Confirming Via E-Mail, About Seizures Of Property Rights Received By The Bank Constituting Receivables From Bank Accounts On The Day Of Their Receipt, 9) Investing Free Cash, In Including On Deposits Via The Electronic Banking System And On Overnight Deposits,10) Granting A Revolving Loan In The Current Account Of The Police Commune Budget Up To The Amount Depending On The Decision Of The Police City Council, Up To A Maximum Amount Of Pln 10,000,000 (In Words: Ten Million Zlotys).The Commune Police Reserves The Right To Use Other Banking Services Offered By The Bank, Including New Or Alternative Ones, Without The Need To Incur Any Additional Related Costs.
