The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Objective Technical And Qualitative Characteristics. The Possible Names (Trademarks) Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Terms Of The Prepared Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Used Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. Are Indicated In This Tor Or Other Procurement Documents. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It; 2) By An Equivalent Solution, The Ordering Party Understands A Solution That Makes It Possible To Achieve The Effect Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement By Means Of Other Technical Solutions.
