1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Perpetual Licenses Of The Linaro Forge Ultimate Supercomputing Software, Along With Ddt, Map And Performance Reports Modules Or Equivalent Licenses. A Detailed Description Of The License, Terms Of Technical Support And A List Of Scientific And Research Centers For Which The Licenses Are Intended Are Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Evaluation Of The Equivalence Of Offers Will Be Made By The Ordering Party Based On The Equivalence Criteria Described In Annex No. 1B To The Swz. Licenses That Meet At Least The Technical And Functional Requirements Indicated In The Table In Annex No. 1B To The Swz Will Be Considered Equivalent. The Contractor Submitting The Offer Equivalent Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, A Detailed Description Of The Offered Equivalent Solution Along With Evidence Confirming That The Offered Solution Has At Least The Functionalities Indicated In The Table In Annex No. 1B To The Swz.
