3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Food For Winter Feeding Of Bisons, Together With Its Transportation And Placement, As An Activity Related To The Implementation Of The Project: Comprehensive Protection Of Bison In Poland Cpv Code: 15700000-5 Animal Feed. Cpv Supplementary Codes: 77100000-1 Agricultural Services.3.2. Scope Of Work: The Entire Order Amounts To: - Hay In Bales - 30 Tons; - Fodder Beets - 20 Tons; - Silage - 10 Tons. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase The Fodder On His Own And Store And Place It In The Following Amounts: Hay In Bales (A Single Bale With An Average Weight Of About 250 Kg) - 30 Tons Of Very Good Quality, The Moisture Content Of The Delivered Hay Cannot Exceed 15%, No Mechanical Impurities, No Mold. Hay Must Be Free Of Such Features As: Musty Or Rotten Smell And Contamination With Soil, Straw, Manure Residues And Harmful Plants. Hay From One Cut Is Preferred. Optionally, Hay From The Second Cut Is Allowed. Hay Should Be Placed In Haystacks; Fodder Beets - 20 Tons, From This Years Harvest, Healthy, Free Of Mechanical Impurities, Cleaned Of Leaves, Roots And Soil; Silage - 10 Tons, From This Years Harvest, Made From Dried Grass.3.3. The Food Will Be Delivered Twice A Week To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Amount And Location Of The Feed Will Also Be Determined Each Time. The Need To Transport Feed Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party In Writing Or By Phone.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Level Of Refilling Of The Broaches Twice A Week, Replenish Them As Needed And Ensure The Availability Of Animal Feed (Shifting, Scooping - As Needed), As Well As Perform Minor Repairs Of Brogues Damaged As A Result Of Use By Bisons (E.G. Nailing Boards, Poles, Etc.)3.5. If It Is Found That The Feed Prepared By The Contractor For Delivery, Delivered Or Already Delivered Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Due To Having The Features Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, Within 2 Days From The Date Of Finding These Defects, Feed That Meets The Required Quality Features - Quantity And Distribute It Along With Removing The Defective Feed.3.6. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of ​​The Hajnówka Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Area Of ​​3 Districts.
