The Extruder Is To Receive A New Control System With Which The Speeds Of The Screws And The Temperatures Of The Barrel Sections Are To Be Controlled, As Well As The Two Existing Gravimetric Feeders From Brabender. The Main Feed Is A Brabender Flexwall Plus Type Iscfc, Ddwmd5fw40/5. A Brabender Single Screw Feeder Ddwmd3dsr28n20isc Serves As Side Loading. The New Melt Pump And The Wide Slot Nozzle To Be Procured As Part Of The Project Will Also Be Monitored And Regulated By The New Control System.
