Echo Hip 2024 Will Be Released In November 2023 Around The Subjects Humanitarian Response, Education In Emergencies And Disaster Preparedness (Based On The Information From Hip 2023). Whh Madagascar Will Position Itself Within The Framework Of Echos Hip 2024 To Receive Project Funding From Echo From 2024 In The Atsimo Atsinanana And Atsimo Andrefana Regions. To Manage The Process Of Coordinating And Writing A High Quality Project Proposal, Whh Madagascar Is Looking For An Experienced Consultant To Facilitate, Coordinate And Implement This Process Successfully
