Scope Of Workd2.1 The Work To Be Done Under The Contract Shall Consist Of Building, Mechanical, Andelectrical Modifications To The Fort Rouge Garage Articulating Bus Room (Artic Room).D2.2 The Major Components Of The Work Are As Follows:(A) Mobilization And Demobilization;(B) Architectural:(I) Replacement Of Two (2) Overhead Doors With Rapid Overhead Doors;(Ii) Replacement Of Associated Overhead Door Controls And Accessories; And(Iii) Miscellaneous Signage.(C) Structural:(I) Roof Framing And Reinforcements For New Mechanical Fan.(D) Mechanical:(I) Re-Classification Of The Sprinkler Hazard Classification To Be Extra Hazard Zone 1;(Ii) Integration Of Building Mechanical And New Hydrogen Detection System;(Iii) Replacement Of Heat Tracing;(Iv) Relocation Of Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (Hvac) Grilles; And(V) Supply, Installation, And Modification Of New Spark Proof Exhaust Fans And Associatedducting.(E) Electrical:(I) Re-Classification Of The Upper Ceiling Space As A Zone 2 Hazardous Area Suitable Forhydrogen Gas Work Within A Major Repair Garage;(Ii) Supply, Installation, Integration, And Commissioning Of New Hydrogen Gas Detection System;(Iii) Integration, Programming, And Commissioning Of All Changes Required To The Fire Alarm Andbuilding Automation Systems;(Iv) Replacement Of All Non-Compliant Conduit Within The Zone 2 Space;(V) Replacement Of All Non-Compliant Junction Boxes And Receptacles Within The Zone 2 Space;(Vi) Replacement Of All Non-Compliant Smoke Detectors Within The Zone 2 Space;(Vii) Vertical Adjustment Of Luminaires And Wireless Access Points;(Viii) Installation Of New H2 Gas And High Voltage Strobes, Beacons, And Switches;(Ix) Supply And Installation Of The Overhead Door Control System, In Coordination Witharchitectural, Including The Operator, Control Enclosure, Traffic Lights, Photo Eye, Andprogramming;(X) Removal Of The Existing Ground Loops And The Supply And Installation Of New Ground Loops;And(Xi) Supply And Installation Of Required Breakers, Enclosures, Contactors, Disconnect Switches,And Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment.
