The Crushing Machine Should Be Equipped With A Measuring Device Enabling Determination Of The Amount Of Crushed Material. 2) Required Fraction Of Aggregate Produced 0-63 Mm. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Crushed Material. In The Absence Of An Appropriate Fraction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repeat The Crushing (This Will Not Result In An Extension Of The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order And An Increase In Remuneration).3) Estimated Amount Of Material To Be Crushed: Approx. 15,000 Tons. The Given Number Of Tons Is An Estimate And May Change During Duration Of The Contract. The Amount Of Material Is An Approximate Value Adopted For The Purpose Of Comparing Offers And Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Signs The Contract Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Provision Of The Service In The Above-Mentioned Manner.
