1) Part I - Providing Hotel And Catering Services And Providing Workshop Rooms With Equipment For The Organization Of A 6-Day Stay For Adoptive Families From November 20 To 25, 2023. In Total, A Maximum Of 34 People Will Take Part In The Course, Including: 7 Families With Children Aged Between Approximately 5-8 Years (14 Parents And 12 Children) And 8 Specialists Conducting The Classes. The Service Includes: - Providing 5 Nights For A Maximum Of 34 People, I.E. A Total Of A Maximum Of 170 Nights. For The Purposes Of Providing The Accommodation Service, The Contractor Will Provide 7 Family Or 3-Person Rooms With The Possibility Of An Extra Bed/Extra Beds For Participants - Parents And Children, As Well As Accommodation Of Specialists Conducting Classes In Double Rooms (Taking Into Account Their Gender), - Provision Of Meals, Which Includes : 6 Lunches (A Total Of A Maximum Of 204 Lunches), 5 Dinners (A Total Of A Maximum Of 170 Dinners), 5 Breakfasts (A Total Of A Maximum Of 170 Breakfasts), 6 Mini Snack Buffets (A Total Of A Maximum Of 204 Mini Buffets), - Provision Of Training Facilities Including: 2 Training Rooms Accommodating At Least 35 People Each, 5 Training/Workshop Rooms/Double Therapy Rooms, 2 Childrens Rooms/Playrooms, Accommodating At Least 12 Children (Equipped With Carpet/Carpet), 1 Exercise Room Adapted For Gymnastic Classes ( Equipped With Mattresses, Ladders And Exercise Mats). Training Rooms/Rooms Will Be Available Throughout The Duration Of The Stay, - Providing An Internal Swimming Pool (At Least 5 M X 7 M In Size, With A Depth Enabling Classes For Children Who Cannot Swim, I.E. With A Designated Zone For Non-Swimmers) For Hydrotherapy Classes Available To Participants Stay For 2 Hours A Day Between 9:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M., Every Day Of The Stay. The Ordering Party Requires That The Swimming Pool Be Located In The Hotel Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Or At A Distance Of No More Than 1 Km From It. The Water Temperature In The Pool Should Not Be Lower Than 26 Degrees Celsius And Not Higher Than 33 Degrees Celsius. The Contractor Will Provide Changing Rooms/Space For Participants, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Swimming Pool, Equipped With Lockers For Personal Items And Hair Dryers.
