The Task Includes Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Town Of Rydu towy To The Shelter Using Our Own Transport And At Our Own Expense, Each Time From Dawn To Dusk And 24 Hours A Day In The Event Of Bites, Upon Notification Of The Ordering Party And The City Guard.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Task Immediately, But No Later Than 3 Hours After Receiving The Notification. Animals Caught As A Result Of The Intervention Will Be Kept At The Municipal Utilities Facility In Rydu towy Before Being Transported To The Shelter.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task Referred To In Section 1, While Maintaining The Following Conditions: 1) Accepting Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The City Of Rydu towy And Under The Care Of The Shelter In Rybnik, Which Has So Far Provided Services In This Regard To The City ( Approx. 10 Pieces),2) Trapping Stray Animals Using Equipment Adapted For This Purpose, Enabling This Activity To Be Performed Safely And Humanely, With The Least Amount Of Burden For The Animals, In Particular: Leashes, Grippers, Nets, Trap Cages,3)Stray Animals Caught, They Should Be Immediately Transported To The Shelter,4) Transport Of Caught Animals To The Shelter Using Means Of Transport Adapted To The Given Species And Age Range Of Animals, And Their Transport Should Be Organized In Such A Way As Not To Cause Injury Or Unnecessary Suffering To Any Animal,5) Accepting And Keeping Homeless Animals From The City In A Shelter, 6) Providing Ongoing Care For Homeless Animals From The City Located In The Shelter, Providing Them With Decent And Humane Conditions, Including Daily Care And Care, Including In Particular: Current Removal Of All Waste From The Rooms , Ensuring Animals Are Protected From Cold Or Heat, Feeding Animals In Accordance With The Veterinarians Recommendations, Watering The Animals, In Particular By Providing Them With Constant Access To Fresh Drinking Water; Providing Animals With The Opportunity To Go For Walks, Adapted To Their Needs And Health Condition, 7) Conducting Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals According To The Veterinarians Recommendations, 8) Ensuring At Least One Person To Constantly Supervise And Care For The Kept Animals, 9) Providing The Necessary Veterinary Care Kept Animals, Including Ensuring That A Veterinarian Can Take Action At Any Time, Especially In Situations Where The Animals Life And Health Are At Risk, 10) Administration Of Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites, Vaccines, 11) Sterilization Or Castration Of Stray Animals Caught Within The City, With The Exception Of Animals For Which There Are Contraindications To Performing These Procedures Due To Their Health Condition Or Age,12) Humane Killing Of Animals In A Way That Involves Inflicting A Minimum Of Physical And Mental Suffering In Justified Cases Resulting From Legal Provisions ,13) Disposal Of Dead Animals Staying In The Shelter And Those That Died During The Intervention,14) Keeping Records Of Animals Received From The City, Dead Animals, Euthanized Animals, Put Up For Adoption And Making This Record Available At Any Request Of The Ordering Party,15) Taking Active Measures To Searching For Owners For Homeless Animals And Giving Them Up For Adoption, By Posting Information On The Shelters Website Or On A Social Networking Site, Within No Longer Than 30 Days From The Date Of Admitting The Animal To The Shelter,16) Cooperation With People Or Groups Of People Willing To Walk Dogs On Walks,17) Preparing Reports On The Procedures Performed For A Given Month Within 15 Days Of The End Of A Given Month And Annual Reports On The Implementation Of The Task Within 15 Days Of The End Of A Given Year.18) The Ordering Party Allows Instead Of Submitting A Report On The Procedures Performed For A Given Month - Submitting A Printout Of The List Of Animals Staying In The Shelter, Including, Among Others: Information Referred To In Point 17, Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law.4. The List Of Animals Collected From The Area Of The City Of Rydu towy In 2020-2022 Is Attached As Appendix No. 7 To The Swz.
