1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil In An Amount Of Up To 40,000 Liters In The 2023/2024 Heating Season. Place Of Delivery: - Osowiec-Wiedza 8, 19 - 110 Goniądz - One-Time Delivery Of Up To 5,000 Liters In Quantities Of Up To 35,000 Liters. - Kuderewczyzna 19 - Colonies Foresters Lodge O.O. Trzyrzeczki, 16-200 Dąbrowa Białostocka - Single Delivery Of Up To 2,000 Liters In Quantities Of Up To 5,000 Liters.2. The Oil Must Have The Following Basic Parameters:• Calorific Value - Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg,• Density At 15º C (Kg/M3) - Max. 860,• Flash Point (ºc) - Min.56,• Sulfur Content %(M/M) - Max. 0.1,• Content Of Solid Impurities (Mg/Kg) – Max. 24,• Residue After Incineration %(M/M) - Max.0.01,• Water Content (Mg/Kg) - Max.200,• Visual Color - Red,3. The Oil Must Meet The Following Quality Requirements: Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2020-12 Petroleum Products. Fuel Oils In The Scope Of Light Fuel Oil L-1 And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On The Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws . Of 2016, Item 2008). Light Fuel Oil Is To Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of November 28, 2022 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2633).4. The Amounts Of Heating Oil Given Are Estimates And May Be Reduced To 50% Of The Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 5. The Remaining Part Of The Order Will Be Ordered By The Ordering Party Depending On Its Needs, Without The Need To Change The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected In These Proceedings.6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Oil By Specialized Transport Equipped With Certified Equipment For Measuring The Drained Oil.7. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Document Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Delivered Fuel Oil.8. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Excluding Saturdays) Between 7:30 A.M. And 3:00 P.M., Within 48 Hours Of Receiving A Delivery Notification Electronically Or By Phone From An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party.9. The Names Of Materials Or Any Other Products Used In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Are Used To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties And Technical And Operational Requirements. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 10. In The Offered Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs And Components Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including: Transport Costs, Loading, Unloading And Insurance, Excise Duty And All Taxes. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Transported By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Additional Costs Related To Delivery.11. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Heating Oil By Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, I.E. A Tanker Truck Equipped With A Certified Flow Meter. Oil Transport Will Be At The Contractors Expense And Risk. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection Regulations. 12. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Fulfilled Its Obligations As A Purchaser Of Heating Fuels, Which Result From Art. 89 Section 5 Points 1, 3 And 4 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542, As Amended).
