This RFP is one of those enabling projects; to part only of building 15 (Fergusson Building) refurbishment of the facility to house pharmacy, administration, café / servery kitchen and cleaners facilities from building 6. Building 15 will be providing health care and administration accommodation during the contract works to the portions of the building not impacted by the refurbishment works and therefore in that respect it can be considered concurrently occupied.
