Group I – Delivery Of Microbiological Media, Packages From I To Vii. Group Ii – Delivery Of Diagnostic Tests, Packages From I To Xv. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Product And Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference. The Ordering Party Divided The Subject Of The Order Into 2 Groups, And In Each Group Into Packages, Allowing The Contractor To Submit Partial Offers In Relation To One Or All Of The Order Packages. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts Of The Contract That May Be Awarded To One Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law.
