Tenders Are Invited For Public Service Concession For The Management And Operation Of Spaces As Part Of The Development Of Sites In Goustranville And Saint-Contest
Public Service Concession For The Management And Operation Of Spaces As Part Of The Development Of Sites In Goustranville And Saint-Contest. The Concession Subject To This Notice Will Lead To The Conclusion Of A Service Concession Contract. The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Entrust, On An Exclusive And Principal Basis And At The Risks And Perils Of The Concessionaire, The Management And Operation Of Spaces As Part Of The Development Of The Sites In Goustranville And Saintcontest. The Concession Contract Will Be Executed On Two Sites Located In Two Different Locations Located In Goustranville And Saintcontest (14). The Concession Will Take Effect From January 1, 2025 For A Period Of Seven Years. However, The Contract Will Be Notified To The Concessionaire No Later Than September 1, 2024 And Will Open A Tiling And Installation Period Lasting Four Months. During This Period, A Specific Fee Will Be Due By The Dealer
