Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Civil, Structure, Decoration, Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing Engineering Works In Somalia For The Year 2023-2024 The Pre-Qualification Is Open To All National Contractors Who Are Eligible To Undertake Contractual Work Under Relevant Somali Regulations And Institutions. The Prequalification Criteria For Each Of The Categories Are As Follows: 1. Company Profile Must Be Submitted Highlighting: Cvs Of Key Staff Underlining Qualification And Experience Of Key Site Management And Technical Personnel, History Of Company And Number Of Years In Business, Experience In Works Of A Similar Nature, Size, And Value For Projects In The Last 3 Years, Details Of Work Under Way Or Contractually Committed, Number Of Employees (Full And Part-Time), - 40% 2. Demonstrate Experience As Prime Contractor In The Construction With At Least 3 (Three) Works Contracts Of A Similar Nature And Complexity As Described Above In The Last Five (5) Years. (Attach Copies Of Project Completion Certificates Or Relevant Evidence) - 20% 3. Submit Proposals Of Essential Construction Equipment With Evidence Of Same (Own, Lease, Hire, Etc.)- 20% 4. Submit Summary Or Key Resource Persons Indicating Their Academic Qualification, Skills, And Experience. (Must Include Project Manager Who Should Be A Civil Engineer (With At Least 3 Years Experience In Similar Works Or Has A Diploma In Structural Engineering With At Least 5 Years Relevant Experience). - 20% Mandatory Statutory Documents: All Applicants Must Submit All The Following Mandatory Documents As An Attachment To The Prequalification Application Form. 1. Copy Of Certificate Of Incorporation/Registration/Tax Certifications. 2. Cover Letter (Attached To This Document) 3. Company Profile Detailing Company Structure, Technical And Financial Capacity, Technical Equipment. Cvs And Qualifications Of Key Staff And The Operational Scope Of The Company. 4. Financial Statement / Balance Sheets For The Last Three Years Highlighting Firms Present Cash Flows, Annual Turnover, And Letters Of Credit Where Applicable. 5. Must Submit A Final Letter Of Completion For Projects Undertaken In The Last 2 Years On Similar Contracts. 6.
